I'm a yelper so I decided to look up some brokers and I came across Jeanine's profile. After reading non stop 5 star reviews I decided to reach out to her. We scheduled a day and time to talk, I explained to her about my home buying past, my finances and goal. Sure enough! She knew exactly what to say and what to do and the whole process she was so amazing about it. She was so straight forward, she recommended me to do certain things to start the process, I was able to fix what I needed financially, when i found a home she played out numbers for me, any questions i had early AM, mid afternoon and evenings she was there for me. All my concerns she had answers to. Super communicative via phone, text and email. I really cannot believe there is someone out there who care about your goal, who is willing to help you reach your goal and make it all happen in a few months. She believed in my husband and I. Not exaggerating at all but Jeanine's work of efficiency and excellency has saved me from an abyss. I found Jeanine on Yelp when I was desperately trying to find... read more a loan officer who can help me close the loan for my dream house in one week. Yes, one week. I had a total of 15 days to close the sale after my offer was accepted and I had to stop working with my first loan officer. That first loan officer dodged my attempt to communicate about numbers he sent me that we never talked about or agreed with or promised he will take care of, in every comical effort including but not limited to : "IT is restarting my computer I will call you in a few"; "I need to use the bathroom I will call you in a few" while never did call; and pushed me to sign a document by midnight they sent me at 6:57PM "to meet the closing time" with terms I never agreed with. The dishonesty, failure to get the documents right, and complete lack of transparency and communication made me decide to fire them, even though I know I might lose my dream house. I just couldn't stand that loan officer one more minute. It was Saturday and my closing day is the coming Friday. My time was ticking and I was desperately trying to find someone to work on my loan. And Jeanine showed up as someone who works 24/7 while most other loan officers only work weekdays. I called her immediately. and that was the best decision I made in my whole experience buying this house. Jeanine is the best: she is clear in her communication, she delivers what she says, she is on time and on the dot with every step of the loan process. She is extremely knowledgeable and never hesitates to explain the details I need to know. And she acknowledges my wishes and works with them even though they might not be conventional. Every time I talked with her my mind was put more at ease. On Sunday evening, around 24 hours after I started working with her, I know I was in good hands and everything will be okay. I remember that evening I felt hungry again because working with Jeanine has tremendously relieved my stress which was lasting for days making me not able to sleep or eat. We were able to initiate the loan process on Monday and close the loan on the next Tuesday (seller was okay with extending by a few days). It was miraculous and it was made by awesome Jeanine. I can't say enough thank you to Jeanine. With her work ethic, the way she communicates, and her strive for excellency, I'd love to work with her any day on any project whether as a teammate, as her boss or as her minion. I recommend Jeanine to all my friends and family.
